FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises the components that follow: inverter 50 connected to DC power supply, motor 71 connected to inverter, converter 40 connected to inverter input and power accumulator 60 connected to converter output. Proposed device allows discharging a portion of motive power or motor regenerative power from said accumulator or charge a portion of motive power or motor regenerative power in said power accumulator. Converter comprises control module to generate charging current instruction magnitude that makes electric current control instruction magnitude proceeding from regeneration signal as a signal indicating regenerative power suppression or regenerative torque, or regenerative current equivalent to regenerative power. Said signal indicating regenerative power suppression or regenerative torque charges aforesaid power accumulator and generates charging current control instruction magnitude.
EFFECT: higher stability of converter and power accumulator operation.
