FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: fuel is first supplied via one level of holes, and then and later during the cycle of fuel supply via two levels of holes at the same time. At least one preliminary injection is realised before the main one, and at least one injection is realised after at least one main one, at the same time on each preliminary injection and on each injection after the main one, a needle is moved upwards mechanically for the switchover time set during injection with the help of cams having low height and interacting with a plate, fuel is supplied under pressure under the needle, and each injection is carried out via the holes of the first level, the needle is retained in the upper position for duration of each injection mechanically as microprofiles interact with the specified low height with convex surface of the permanent radius at the end of the plate, upon completion of each injection the needle is moved to the extreme lower position on the seat and is retained for the time specified during each cutoff, at least one main injection is realised via holes of the second level simultaneously with at least one injection via holes of the first level, for this purpose the needle is moved to the upper position mechanically for the switchover tome specified during injection by means of cams with microprofiles of higher height, which interact with the plate, fuel is supplied under pressure under the needle, simultaneously the needle and the bushing are moved to the extreme upper position, fuel is supplied under pressure under the bushing and into holes of the second level, the main injection is started via holes of the second level simultaneously with injection via the holes of the first level, the needle and the bushing are retained in the upper position for duration of the main injection mechanically while the microprofile with higher height interacts with the convex surface of permanent radius at the end of the plate, or additionally the needle and the bushing are moved in accordance with the specified law for duration of the main injection while microprofiles interact with specified alternating height along the microprofile length with convex surface of permanent radius, the plate is moved along the axis of the cam shaft with microprofiles with the incoming microprofile edge, parallel to the axis of the cam shaft and the trailing edge of the microprofile parallel to the slant of the convex surface at the end of the plate, the length of the convex surface is varied along the slant with continuous control, and injection duration is varied continuously, or the plate is moved along the axis of the cam shaft with microprofiles with the incoming microprofile edge, parallel to the axis of the cam shaft and the trailing edge of the microprofile, parallel to the axis of the cam shaft, the length of the convex surface is varied along the axis of the cam shaft in stepwise manner, and duration of injection is varied in a stepwise manner. The device for fuel supply control includes a nozzle with two levels of holes with a spring-loaded needle and a bushing, the nozzle needle is connected mechanically with a quick-acting reversible mechanical drive.
EFFECT: invention improves dynamics of fuel supply, increases indicator efficiency factor, realises multi-injection and time-controlled injections by means of simple mechanical devices.
