FIELD: medicine, particularly, traumatology and orthopedics; applicable in low-traumatic osteosynthesis by fixing members diverging in bone. SUBSTANCE: device has two interconnected tubes. Tubes are secured to each other on working ends by hinges, and proximal ends of members have angle gage scale and fastening member for needed change of angle between tubes. EFFECT: improved quality of surgical treatment with reduced injury to organism tissues and complications by increased accuracy of guiding of introduction of diverging ends of fixing members at preset angle. 2 dwg
