FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: installation includes a vessel for processing products, a pump for processing products delivery, a drying apparatus, a cyclone, an air filter, an air blower and the powder receptacle vessel. The air filter is installed downstream the cyclone. Serially installed downstream the air filer are an evaporator and a condenser. A noble gas is supplied under pressure into the air duct connecting the air blower and the drying apparatus from the additionally installed noble gas apparatus.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the production energy costs.
