FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device to clean air from gas pollution and solid particles comprising a body, a diffuser, a catalysis chamber, a confuser and a pipe for purified air exhaust into atmosphere, filters of coarse and find purification. Besides, in the air purification chamber comprising a double bottom with an inclination for excessive moisture drain and equipped with nozzles to spray supplied water into a finely dispersed aerosol, there is a fine purification filter. The fine purification filter is made in the form of filtering cartridges, a row of cartridges with a set of carbon catalytically active tissues, made of a fibrous material with developed reaction surface, on which there is chemically bound oxygen in the form of hydroxide and lactone functional groups with moistening of carbon tissues, and cartridges of chemosorptive materials that act as ion-exchange resins for post-treatment and chemical sorption of residual products of catalysis. Besides, cartridges equipped with materials for medium treatment of gas exhausts from solid particles are installed first, and cartridges equipped with catalytically active carbon filtering materials and chemosorptive filtering materials are installed next, with the distance between them from 35 to 50 mm depending on the type of the filtering material and having gaps between each other, which relate to thickness of every subsequent cartridge as at least 2:1 to reduce temperature of treatment.
EFFECT: increased service life and higher quality of air purification.
