Configuration information indicates, based on the cell-by-cell, at least one specific cell on which the radio terminal is allowed to perform at least one of transmitting data and receiving data on a wireless carrier used for transmitting an uplink or downlink transmission or for both types through the packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) layer.

EFFECT: possibility of eNB in radio communication architecture, which provides tight interaction of two different Radio Access Technologies (RAT), to indicate to radio terminal (UE) specific cell, according to which UE should perform uplink transfer.
