SUBSTANCE: method includes a step to generate an intermediate key (Kekv*) handover in an initial basic radio communication station by substitution of a basic station key (KeNB*) into the first function KDF (*), information of identification (PCI) of a handover purpose cell and information of identification (ARFCN) on a frequency for the handover purpose cell, and to transfer an intermediate key (KeNB*) handover from the initial basic radio communication station into the target basic radio communication station in process of handover operation, and a step to generate a key (KeNB) of the basic station in the target basic radio communication station on the basis of the intermediate key (K6nb*) during realisation of the handover operation.
EFFECT: invention provides for security of a communication network due to provision of maximum uniqueness of an intermediate key in multiple cells in process of handover.
