SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for usage in farm industry and relates to treatment of coarse fodders during preparation for feeding. The method involves initial raw materials impregnation with a sodium chloride solution, milling in a rotary-pulsation apparatus, circulation of the produced reaction mixture using a diaphragmless cell and a rotary-pulsation apparatus with aeration with an oxygen-containing gas and exposure to an electro-oxidation system generated at carbon-bearing material electrodes till CO2 content in the gas phase is no more than 0.3%. The product manufactured by the proposed method has an enhanced nutritious and biological activity of the components.

EFFECT: process is structurally simple, low-cost, feasible and environmentally safe.
