FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method includes impregnating with a sodium hydroxide solution with a concentration of 50-250 g/l and grinding the initial material in a rotary pulsation unit. The resulting reaction mixture is sent for circulation through a diaphragmless electrolysis cell with carbon-graphite electrodes and a rotary-pulsation unit, with aeration with an oxygen-containing gas and exposure to an electro-oxidizing system until softening the solid phase and steady CO2 content in the gas phase, followed by treating the reaction mixture with a solution of HCl to pH 6.5-7.5. Nickel or its alloys are used as an anode material. The invention implementation ensures obtaining a product having high quality, increased nutritional value, digestibility and biological activity.
EFFECT: method is low-cost, technological and ecologically safe.
