FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to agriculture. Method of electrolytic treatment of herbal raw material waste, mainly straw and sawdust, comprises grinding and formation of a quasi-solid phase in a solution of an alkali metal chloride salt by action of oxidants generated by circulating the salt solution while maintaining pH of 4–6 through a diaphragmless cell, wherein the process is carried out in a KCl solution of 5–50 g/l while maintaining the pH with a solution of HNO3 and treatment is performed until the chlorine is released into the gas phase and the quasi-solid phase is clarified, after which the reaction mixture is treated with a solution of NH4OH and separated by sedimentation into the liquid and quasi-solid phases.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain highly active multicomponent organomineral fertilizers.
