SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, maxillofacial and plastic surgery and is intended for prediction of risk of free full-layered skin autotransplant rejection in eyelid reconstruction. After eyelid reconstruction from 4 to 7 day daily determined is gradient of capillary blood flow between healthy tissues surrounding autotransplant or symmetric sections of opposite or symmetric healthy eyelid and grafted autotransplant by data of laser Doppler flowmetry. In gradient value equals or is lower than 15% and there is no tendency to gradient increase, risk of autotransplant rejection is predicted.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to predict risk of transplant rejection in well-founded way, which contributes to timely administration of adequate treatment, and as a result to complete flap engraftment and corresponding cosmetic effect.
