FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: boring tool comprises a body with holes, where rock-breaking teeth are arranged with a working head and a tail by means of fixtures. Rock-breaking teeth are made of several elements, every of which is represented in the form of a part of a cylinder with a vertical flat face in the upper part, besides, the tail of each part of the tooth is made in the form of a cone with a base expanding towards the bottom, and holes for teeth are made in the lower part with a responsive conical expansion, at the same time the fixture is installed between flat faces of the tooth parts, besides, surfaces of the fixture at the side of hole walls are made with ledges, and side walls of the holes - with responsive indents. Side faces of the fixture in the lower part may have a wedge-like shape, and contacting side faces of the tooth parts - responsive inclined surfaces. Tooth parts may be arranged with identical configuration. The fixture may be made from a material with lower hardness compared to the material of the working head of the tooth parts.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation of a boring tool, reliable fixation of teeth.
