FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: friction machine consists of a table with an actuator of a gear motor with vertical location of the shaft and a cylindrical polymer friction body fixed on it, to which a metal counterbody is pressed, which is places together with the friction body into internal cavity of an application element of magnetic field to the friction assembly, an application element to the friction assembly of potential from an external source of electric energy and transmission elements of recorded signals. The gear motor actuator is electrically isolated from the table and the friction assembly is closed with a massive isolating bell converting the working zone into a vacuum chamber equipped with a vacuum pump. Outputs of transmission elements of recorded signals are arranged in longitudinal slots-grooves made on inner surface of a composite metal counterbody and isolated from surface of counterbody metal on one side at maintaining free conducting surface on the other side so that a gap of 0.4 mm from free conducting surface of outputs to surface of friction body can be maintained.
EFFECT: enlarging technical capabilities of a friction machine and improving test reliability.
