FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: video endoscope has a movable articulation linkage mounted on a tubular rod designed for centring the optical device of a video camera at the centre of an area within its field of view, having a tubular casing, three pairs of levers, each pair consisting of a front lever and a rear lever, arranged radially with respect to the longitudinal axis of the tubular casing and uniformly distributed around its outer diameter. The front lever and the rear lever are pivotally connected, each with the tubular casing, and also including thrust bushing, three thrust levers arranged radially with respect to the longitudinal axis of the thrust bushing, uniformly distributed around its outer diameter and pivotally connected by one end to said thrust bushing, and by the other end to the middle part of the rear lever, and also including three guide supports, each pivotally connected to the front lever and the rear lever, wherein in each front lever, the second end is pivotally connected to the guide support with possibility of the pivot axis moving along the edge of the outer surface of the guide support; the thrust bushing is mounted on the tubular casing with possibility of longitudinal movement between two supports, and each guide support is connected by a tension spring to the tubular casing. The tubular casing is detachable in the meridian plane; on the edges of the tubular casing there are external threads and threaded bushings are mounted; the thrust bushing is detachable in the meridian plane and is mounted by the inner annular belt of one of the threaded bushings. The tubular rod is composed of at least two parts that are telescopically connected to each other, and one of the detachable parts of the tubular casing has a device for longitudinal fixation relative the movable edge of the tubular rod.
EFFECT: providing maximum definition of image of defects of inner surfaces of tubular articles, primarily stators of all standard-size gerotor propeller hydraulic motors with helical teeth made from elastomeric material, used in Russia to drill oil wells, simple design, easier operation and low cost of manufacuturing.
