SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for production rolled plates and rolls. The metallurgical complex contains electric furnace shop with melting and casting bays, and rolling shop with continuous plate mill. The shops equipment is arranged in form of the first and second process trains. Each train has arc-melting furnace, two-position ladle furnace, thin slab continuous casting machine, and gas heating furnace with roller hearth. The gas heating furnace with the roller hearth installed at the second train is made with rotating shuttle system at the furnace end to ensure the slabs delivery from the second process train to the first process train interfaced with the continuous plate mill, and to combine the continuous casting machines of both process trains and the continuous plate mill to single casting-rolling module.
EFFECT: higher production efficiency of rolled plates and rolls.
