SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Proposed complex comprises metal scrap processing equipment, steelmaking equipment and continuous casting combined with rolling. Metallurgical complex bay equipment is mounted at process line of self-floating platform. Said platform is equipped with self-contained electric power supply and closed-circuit systems of water supply and powder-gas cleaning.
EFFECT: possibility to carry metallurgical complex via sea, rive, motor and railroads, fast deployment.
