FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, namely to method for introducing sequencing-specific nuclease (CCH) into a plant cell comprising an intact cell wall. Method comprises providing a plant cell having a cell wall; coating a surface of a nanoparticle having at least one measurement of less than 100 nm CCH; bringing the plant cell having the cell wall and the coated nanoparticle into contact with each other; and ensuring the absorption of nanoparticles and CCH into the plant cell.
EFFECT: invention allows to efficiently effect the introduction of CCH into a plant cell having a cell wall.
