FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, namely to method of administering sequence-specific nuclease (SSN) in plant cell. Method includes provision of plant cell with cell wall; covering nanoparticle surface with SSN; bringing plant cell with cell wall, and coated nanoparticle in contact with each other; and providing absorption of nanoparticle and SSN into plant cell with cell wall.
EFFECT: invention enables effective introduction of SSN into plant cell with cell wall.
