FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device includes antenna, rectifier, threshold element with S-shaped current-versus-voltage characteristic and piezoelectric converter; besides, antenna is connected to the first input of rectifier on the alternating current side, and threshold element is connected to the first and the second outputs of rectifier on rectified current side. In addition, device includes ground wire connected to the second input of rectifier on alternating current side, and piezoelectric acoustic transducer is parallel connected to threshold element.
EFFECT: improving reliability and stability of actuation.
