SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. During the sausage production one uses fish mince, homogenised fish milt, milled speck, salt, sugar and taste-and-flavour additives. All the ingredients are used at the specified ratio.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a product with usage of non-traditional raw materials.
