Minced fish is mixed with minced chicken liver and heart, blanched steamed and chopped, with the addition of StartStar starting culture and SalamiStar 2 complex food additive. In the minced mixture kosher salt, black pepper, red pepper, nutmeg is added, mixed, formed and a heat treatment is performed. All the ingredients are used at the specified ratio.
