SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of hot contaminated gas generated by gasification unit in suspended flow. Sulfur removal unit and solids separator are connected sequentially along hot gas flow in proposed unit. Note here that tight downstream of solids separator particle gas flow is connected via water cooler as well as Venturi gas cleaner, contaminated gas cooler, water separator and compressor. Cooled flow of said equipment downstream of gasification unit and upstream of sulfur removal unit is forced back in circulation circuit.
EFFECT: cooling and cleaning of returned partial gas flow.
