FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to collapsible glass-like body, to design of mould and moulding process. Proposed mould comprises top die, bottom die and core arranged there between. Note here that said core is connected with drain pipe rod. The latter is connected with plastic material injection channel while heating holes are made at top or bottom die.
EFFECT: better biocompatibility and resilience of collapsible capsule-type glass body, improved production process.
