FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gas control valve comprises a housing with an inlet and two outlet pipes, valves associated with a common shaft and shaft sealing rings. Output connections and valves are contacted by flat surfaces perpendicular to the shaft axis and fixedly connected with the shaft. Consumable holes of outlet connections are located on the flat surfaces of contact and made in the form of a ring sector bounded by two cylindrical surfaces whose center is on the axis of the shaft. On the flat end of the damper contacting the outlet nozzles are formed two recesses. The last feature in the form of a ring sector, the side surfaces of which are formed radial surfaces extending perpendicularly to the flat end flap and through the axis of the shaft. The angles between the side surfaces of consumable radial outlet openings and between the side surfaces of the radial recesses are flaps. The size of the inner radius of a supply outlet holes are larger than the inner radius of the valve recesses sector. The area of each valve recess located at its lateral cylindrical surface exceeds the area of a supply outlet openings. The magnitude of the outer diameter valve exceeds the outer diameter of a supply outlet openings. The size of the shaft diameter d in the zone of the sealing rings is determined by a specific formula.
EFFECT: reduction in the hinge moment to provide the necessary linear flow characteristics.
