SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food and processing industries, in particular, to devices for butter manufacture: According to the invention, the butter maker contains a stationary, vertically positioned cylindrical vessel 1 with a churning mechanism installed along the vessel axis 1 and is designed in the form of two helical screws 2 and 3 with different diameters and varied helix winding pitch, the screws installed coaxially inside the vessel so that to enable rotation. The minor diameter helical screw 2 is positioned inside the major diameter helical screw 3. The vessel 1 is positioned vertically and is equipped with a cover 4 and locks 5 for the cover 4 attachment to the vessel as well as a cock 6 installed in the lower part of the vessel 1. The vessel 1 bottom is tilted towards the cock 6 while the helical screws 2 and 3 winding is directed in opposite sides. The churning mechanism receives rotation from the drive 7. The churning mechanism contains a shaft 8 installed along the vessel symmetry axis 1. The ends of the helical screws 2 and 3 are manufactured so that they have a varied coil diameter and are installed on the shaft 8. The bottom of the vessel 1 is equipped with a support 9, with the shaft lower end 8 installed inside the support 9.
