FIELD: butter industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the butter industry, in particular to batch butter making machines. Butter making machine includes a cylindrical container and a drive-driven churning mechanism. Cylindrical container on one side is provided with a bottom, and on the other side with a fill window. Fill window is equipped with a lid. Cylindrical container is mounted vertically on a frame and the bottom is facing the frame. Churning mechanism is located in a cavity of the cylindrical container. Drive of the churning mechanism is located under the bottom from the its lower outer side along an axis of symmetry of the cylindrical container. In a cavity on an inner surface of the cylindrical container, along the height with an equal angular pitch, there are fins, having the shape of an elongated rectangle in cross section. Churning mechanism is installed above the bottom of the cylindrical container and is formed by a flat disk with an axis and blades. Each of the blades is C-shaped and rigidly installed perpendicular to a horizontal surface of the flat disc and a concave side is directed towards the direction of rotation of a drive shaft. Beginning of each C-shaped blade starts at the intersection of the geometric axes of the flat disk, and the ends of the blades are directed in different directions from the geometric axes of the flat disk.

EFFECT: invention provides a technical result consisting in improving the quality of cooking butter by eliminating the destruction and maximizing the preservation of the whole butter grain of a spherical shape and reducing the fat output in the molasses.
