FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device for hydrodynamic emulsification of liquid fuel comprises a hydrodynamic cavitational device, made as a tangentially-axial vortex emulsifier, comprising a pipeline of processed liquid fuels, a pipeline of added liquid - pure, oily or oil-contaminated water, spent oils, combustible liquid wastes, additives, a cylindrical body of the emulsifier with upper and middle circular cavities and an inner cavity, a cavitational zone; the upper and middle circular cavities are connected tangentially by installed nozzles with the inner cavity of the emulsifier body, providing for accordingly tangential supply of liquid fuels and added fluid in it, a pipeline of the added fluid is connected by the axial nozzle to the inner cavity of the emulsifier body, with the possibility to supply it into the central axial part of the added fluid; the pipeline of the added fluid is equipped with a control valve with the possibility to control percentage of processed liquid fuel and added fluid in the emulsified fuel.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of emulsification of liquid fuel in order to improve process of its burning, recycling of oil and oil-contaminated waters, addition of spent oils and other combustion liquid wastes to fuel and reduction of concentration of hazardous substances in spent gases.
