SUBSTANCE: image reading device has an image reading module in which a plurality of pixels which receive incident light are arranged on a photodetector surface in the reading region of a substrate, wherein a pixel includes a group of devices with thermocouples, wherein a few thermocouples are oriented along the photodetector surface, wherein in said group of devices with thermocouples a few thermocouples are arranged separate from each other such that the photodetector surface has a mesh structure, and wherein the group of devices with thermocouples is arranged such that incident light on the mesh structure causes plasma resonance on the photodetector surface. As a result of temperature change, part of the group of devices with thermocouples where plasma resonance arises, an electromotive force is generated in each of the few thermocouples.
EFFECT: high quality of the received image and smaller dimensions.
