SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an image forming device, an imaging system and a mobile object. Result is achieved by the fact that image forming device performs operation in mode of global electronic shutter. During the exposure period to obtain one frame, the image forming device transfers electric charges accumulated in the first period from the photoelectric conversion section to the storage section. When the second period has elapsed, from the moment of the first period ending, the storage area stores both electric charges created in the first period, and electric charges created in the second period. Plurality of pixels included in the image forming apparatus includes a first pixel and a second pixel, each having a different charge value while saturating the portion of photoelectric conversion included in each pixel.
EFFECT: technical result is higher quality of captured image.
