SUBSTANCE: method involves producing n-butyl alcohol by anaerobic fermentation of wort, obtained from crushed artichoke bulbs, using acetone-butanol bacteria.
EFFECT: invention increases output of n-butyl alcohol, cuts the duration of fermentation and lowers the cost of the obtained product.
