SUBSTANCE: composition contains the following ingredients, l/1000 dal: apricot aromatic alcohol of 75% vol, 90-100; apricot alcohol of 70% vol. prepared by distillation of apricot wine material and fermented by yeast strain Saccharomyces cerevisiae (vini) VKPM γ-2217,, 260-270; 73.2-% sugar syrup, 12-15; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. The prepared vodka has special taste and clearly defined aroma of apricot with slight tint of sun-dried melon.
