SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway and road vehicles. Proposed device comprises resilient bar and lever. One end of resilient bar is splined mounted at the frame fixed support while another end slides in the frame bearing support. Lever contacts underframe body. Stepped resilient rod has different-diameter sections. Rod steps have splines to engage with mating splines made at sleeve inner sides. Said sleeve is rigidly secured at two pins sliding in fixed bearing Said pins are spring-loaded by compression springs relative to the support and contact by its ends the bracket inclined surface. Said bracket is rigidly mounted at underframe body.
EFFECT: expanded operating performances.
