SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to the food industry, in particular, to a device and methods for edible products manufacture by way of extrusion. The device (100) contains an extrusion head (118) for the base edible material extrusion and an extruded body obtainment. Multiple nozzles (160) are positioned inside the extrusion head for the edible fluid material introduction into the extruded body and generation of multiple filled capillaries. A control system (182) is able to selectively connect at least one of the nozzles with either of at least two different sources (150A, 150B) filled with the fluid medium. The control system is able to connect each nozzle independently with different sources of the fluid medium or arrange the nozzles in two or more groups interconnected via the fluid medium; each nozzle may be independently switched between the different sources of the fluid medium. The device may be used for the manufacture of products where fillings in capillaries are different or where an image in the cross-section is created. The device may be used for switching between the manufacture of products having different fillings without extrusion discontinuation.
