SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely - to neurology. With underlying integrated therapy, the daily transcranial magnetic stimulation is generated by Neuro-MS apparatus. The exposure involves the contact coils IK-02-150 to be placed above a projection of the ischemic centre; the session length makes 1-2 minutes; the pulse train interval is 3 seconds; the train length is 3 seconds; the simulation frequency is 5 Hz, while the magnetic pulse induction peak makes 20%. The coil IK-02-150 is used to exposure the hemisphere opposite to the ischemic centre with the session length of 1-2 minutes, the pulse train interval of 3 seconds, the train length of 3 seconds, the simulation frequency of 0.1 Hz, and the magnetic pulse induction peak of 20%. A left frontal region is exposed to the coil IDU-02-100. The session length is 1-2 minutes, the pulse train interval is 5 seconds; the train length is 2.5 seconds. The simulation frequency is 10 Hz, and the magnetic stimulation peak is 20%. The procedures are daily; the therapeutic course is 10 procedures.

EFFECT: method improves the cerebral hemodynamics, improves the manifestations of cognitive disorders, and consequently enhances the general motion stereotype, reduces rate of complications and invalidisation that in the whole provides improving patient's quality of life.
