FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: honeycomb element (1) with multiple channels (2), which is formed partially with shaped foil plate (3) that is characterised with direction (4) of its bend and that is connected at connection points (6) located from its upper side and connection points (37) located from its lower side to itself or at least to other plain plate of foil (5) or shaped foil plate (3). Besides, at least connection points (6) located from upper side or connection points (37) located from lower side determine bent line (33) of the connection, and between connection points forming each bent line (33) of the connection there formed are compensation gaps (38); with that, at least one partially shaped foil plate (3) has shaped structure (13) with elevations (14) and cavities (15) between neighbouring elevations; with that, connection points (6) are located with alternation in direction (4) of bend of such foil plate on outer side on elevations (14) and on cavities (15) between neighbouring elevations and are located from each other in direction (4) of bend of shaped foil plate to distance (7), within the limits of which there located are at least 15 extremes (12) of a shaped structure.
EFFECT: providing improved thermal shock resistance and improved vibroacoustical characteristics.
