FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in local control systems (LCS) of gas turbine power plants (GTP) of vessels of different purposes. Additionally, whenever an operator sends a command to change from one fuel to the other one, the value of turbocompressor rotation frequency is fixed at the moment of command receipt, with the help of the first batcher they start reducing the flow rate of the first fuel in the first header of CC in accordance with the linear law with the previously specified rate, at the same time they start increasing flow rate of the second fuel into the second CC header using the second batcher so that the frequency of turbocompressor rotation remains unchanged.

EFFECT: increased operating reliability of GTP operation.
