SUBSTANCE: wafer product consisting of body formed by wafer layers and layers of fat filling is proposed, while compounds of wafer layers contains wheat flour of superior quality, vegetable oil, egg component, salt and food soda, lecithin, enzyme and water, while compounds of wafer layers further comprises cocoa powder, alkalized, rye flour, dry skimmed milk, corn starch, carboammonium salts, food coloring "Brown", dye "Coal vegetable", as vegetable oil contains coconut oil, as egg component – egg powder, and filling compounds contain prefabricated praline mass, vegetable fat, lecithin, "Toffee" flavoring, "Plombier" flavor, "Nova Sol Cof" antioxidant, and semi-finished product of praline mass contains powdered sugar, maltodextrins, vegetable fat, dry milk serum. In this case, original components are used in predetermined ratio.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving organoleptic properties in taste and color by combining black color of wafer sheet with white color of the filling, increase in shelf life while maintaining crisp properties, melting gentle consistency without any traces of delamination of wafer sheets and filling.
