FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pediatrics, and can be used for diagnostics of chronic pancreatitis in children with mucoviscidosis. In the course of ultrasonic examination with Dopplerography volume rate of blood flow (VRBF) and rate of linear blood flow (LRBF) in splenic vein are measured. Examination is performed on empty stomach and 40 minutes after physiological breakfast. Chronic pancreatitis is diagnosed by percent change of volume and rates of blood flow in pancreas before and after meal.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to estimate degree of chronic pancreatic failure in children with mucoviscidosis due to estimation of peculiarities of blood flow in splenic vein.
