FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular, to methods and a device for production of rolled strip in foundry-rolling unit of ingot-less rolling. Methods involve casting a workpiece in a casting machine, its rolling in at least one rough rolling line using primary casting heating, feeding produced strip semifinished rolled product into intermediate furnace, feeding strip heated in furnace into a finish rolling line, accelerated cooling of produced rolled strip and rolling into a roll. Device comprises a casting machine, roughing and finishing rolling lines, through heating furnaces configured for zonal heating and temperature equalisation across width of strip, strip accelerated cooling line, shears, coiler and multi-roller deforming machines of planetary type with drive working rolls, mounted in separators with identical circumferential pitch. Working rolls are shaped with periodic alternating annular grooves and protrusions along barrel of working roll.
EFFECT: higher mechanical properties of rolled strip.
