SUBSTANCE: invention refers to veterinary science and may be used for treating and preventing gastric torsion in dogs. A gastroscope with a distal end of the diameter of 9.8-11 mm and a laparoscope of the diameter of 2.7-10 mm and a visual angle of 0-30°. The procedure involves the laparoscopic visualisation of the stomach, the gastroscopy with air injection into the stomach, the localisation of a gastropexy, the connection of the stomach-peritoneum-abdominal internal oblique muscle, the endoscopic control of the operation.
EFFECT: method reduces a risk of recurrence.
