FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and aims at treating paracolostomal hernias. An endoprosthesis comprises a polypropylene mesh, a stoma opening and a slot connecting the opening and an endoprosthesis border. The endoprosthesis comprises an elastic layer made of a cross-linked space polymer by light-initiated polymerisation of methacryl oligomers and containing one surface that is smooth and is used to contact visceral tissues, and another one is coupled with the polypropylene mesh. The endoprosthesis comprises 3 to 5 equally spaced marking lines in the form of circles of the diameter up to 60 mm surrounding the stoma openings of the diameter of 20-30 mm.
EFFECT: invention provides eliminating the adhesive process with visceral tissues completely, minimising the risk of endoprosthesis infection and improves the ease of implantation due to the design.
