DIAGNOSTIC TECHNIQUE FOR EARLY MANIFESTATIONS OF RESPIRATORY ALLERGOSIS IN CHILDREN IN CONDITIONS OF EXCESSIVE CONTAMINATION WITH ALUMINUM Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01N33/58 C12Q1/686

Abstract RU 2693471 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to paediatrics and allergology. Disclosed is a method for diagnosing early manifestations of respiratory allergosis in children in conditions of excessive contamination with aluminum. Content of aluminum and level of immunoglobulin G (IgG) to aluminum are determined in child's blood sample. DNA is extracted from buccal epithelium sample. Then, genotyping of polymorphism of TLR4 and MMP9 genes is carried out on a detecting polymerizer using real-time polymerase chain reaction. If observing the following conditions simultaneously: availability of variant homozygous or heterozygous genotypes of gene TLR4 A8595G (rs 1927911) and gene MMP9 Gln279Arg A/G (rs 17576), if concentration of aluminum in blood exceeds the reference level by more than 2 times, as well as if physiological norm of IgG level to aluminum is exceeded as compared to the upper limit, the presence of early manifestations of respiratory allergosis in conditions of excessive contamination with aluminum is diagnosed in a child.

EFFECT: invention provides reliable assessment of the effect of aluminum on the presence of manifestations of respiratory allergosis.
