SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurosurgery. To get access to neoplasm milled hole is made from the side of the least functionally significant brain zones. Probe of UHF apparatus is introduced into tumour through the hole to the depth smaller than tumour size for the value of UHF field spread, with possibility of probe movement in case of large neoplasms. Impact with UHF field is performed. After tumour neutralisation probe of UHF apparatus is removed. Operation wound is sewn.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce operation trauma.
