FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing a patient's blood serum sample by drying blood serum, milling the dry deposition and suspending in Vaseline oil. The prepared blood serum sample is analysed by IR-spectroscopy in the spectral range of 1200-1000 cm-1. That is ensured by determining a peak height of absorption bands with maxima 1165, 1050, 1025, 1005 cm-1. Then, the following relations are calculated: the relation of the peak height with maximum 1005 cm-1 to the peak height with maximum 1050 cm-1, and the relation of the peak height with maximum 1025 cm-1 to the peak height with maximum 1165 cm-1. The derived peak heights are compared to the normal peak heights (for healthy individuals) that make: 0.55±0.15 for the relation of the peak height with maximum 1005 cm-1 to the peak height with maximum 1050 cm-1, 1.44±0.59 for the relation of the peak height with maximum 1025 cm-1 to the peak height with maximum 1165 cm-1. If at least one of the derived relations of the peak heights lies outside the normal range, the patient suffering a myocardial disease and undergone a bypass surgery is referred to a high-risk category of the unfavourable cardiovascular states.

EFFECT: method enables the reliable and simple evaluation of the risk of the developing unfavourable cardiovascular states in the patients suffering myocardial diseases and undergone a bypass surgery.
