SUBSTANCE: SF4, SF5Cl, SF5Br and SF6 are obtained. To obtain SF4 or compound, obtained with its application, with output higher than 10%, mixed are: Br2, metal fluoride and sulfur-containing reagent, or Br2, metal fluoride and sulfur-containing reagent and Cl2 -reagent. To obtain SF5Cl or compound, obtained with SF5Cl application, with output higher than about 50%, mixed are: Cl2 -reagent, sulfur-containing reagent, metal fluoride and Br2-reagent. To obtain SF5Br, or compound, obtained with SF5Br application, with output higher than about 50%, mixed are: Br2-reagent, sulfur-containing reagent and metal fluoride. To obtain SF6 or compound, obtained with SF6 application, with output higher than about 50%, mixed are: Br2-reagent, SF4-reagent and metal fluoride.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce process time, avoid production of harmful wastes.
