SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diagnostic medical means and is intended for measuring blood pressure parameters. Device includes cuff, regulation unit for regulation of pressure in cuff, pressure sensor for determining cuff pressure, volume sensor, located in specified cuff position and serving for determination of artery volume signal, and control unit for control in the process of measuring blood pressure parameters by means of servocontrol of regulation unit to support constant artery volume. Control unit includes processing unit for determination of control target value in servocontrol on the basis of artery volume signal. Processing unit includes unit of control over regulation for instant change of cuff pressure in particular part of measured pressure range by control of regulation unit and unit of decision taking for determination of point of bend of artery volume signal, obtained in control period of unit of regulation control, and for taking decision with respect to control target value with application of particular bend point.
EFFECT: increase of promptitude in case of change of pressure parameters.
