SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to surgery. The method involves a laparotomy, creating a gastroenteroanastomosis and cholescystoenteroanastomosis on one long jejunal loop with an enteroenteroanastomosis. A Shalimov's closure is applied between the above anastomoses. The bile abducting intestine is placed in the isoperistaltic direction. The gastric abducting intestine is placed in the antiperistaltic direction.
EFFECT: method enables reducing a risk of the operation, a quantity of anastomoses, a risk of postoperative complications in a group of severe patients.
