FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of ophthalmologic lenses. Proposed method comprises placing insert-medium including processor, variable-focus lens and power supply nearby the mould first part. Note here that said lens comprises two immiscible fluids with different refractive indices. Said data processor can control said variable focus by varying fluid pressure in response to changes in fluid electric charge. Reactive monomer mix is placed into said mould first part and said insert-medium is brought in contact with reactive monomer mix. Mould first part is placed nearby mould second part to make the cavity for lens with insert-medium and reactive monomer mix. Said reactive monomer mix is subjected to actinic radiation to form ophthalmologic lens. Proposed device comprises automatic hardware to arranged said insert-medium, automatic hardware to arranged second mould part, proportioner to feed reactive monomer mix and actinic radiation source.
EFFECT: expanded performances of ophthalmologic lenses.
