FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building materials and can be used for filling cavities, namely, cable penetrations, in construction of buildings and constructions of various purpose for limiting spread of fire in them. A fire-prevention pillow made of fiberglass formed as the pouch filled with a mixture of expanded vermiculite and granular basalt fibers obtained by mixing these components in a mixer granulator for 10-15 minutes, at the following content by wt %: 30-35 exfoliated vermiculite; granular basalt fiber 65-70.
EFFECT: increased density of material filling pillows, which increases the fire resistance of cable insulation cavities or by increasing the efficiency of fire suppressants of pillows by eliminating penetration through these combustion products.
