According to the invention a variety of separate computing devices through communication network are connected to each other and form decentralised computing system for energy distribution installation, field instruments of field level, stationary instruments of stationery level and control engineering devices of control engineering level are connected to decentralised computing system or formed by separate of several computing devices of decentralised computing system, and parameters for determination of mode for functioning of field instruments, stationery instruments and control engineering devices are distributed into at least two different computing devices of the decentralised computing system and access of field instruments, stationery instruments and control engineering devices to these parameters is implemented through communication network.

EFFECT: simplifying change of parameters in energy distribution installation.
